During this plan executing, our company do the training education to all workers every month. We check all equipments and maintain all facilities monthly. At the same time, we build the connective net of emergency reaction. We deal with the oil pollution events such as: China Airline CI611 crashed in Peng-Hu; Ship caught fire in Dong-Gung; M.V. “ Chu-Lei no.1 ” aground; M.V. “ Der-Hsing ” sank at Kaohsiung port no.14 pier; M.V. ” Asia Cement no.6 “ aground; M.V. “ Hai-Dar 105“ aground; and “ Ing-Sheng no.8 “ oil spill etc. M.V. “ Der-Hsing ” sank at Kaohsiung port no.14 pier when loading cargos. It discharged a large amount of fuel oil at the same time. Our company and the harbor bureau of Kaohsiung and the environment bureau of Kaohsiung and the Chinese Petroleum Corp. cleaned up fuel oil together at 8 days. Our company also removed the wreck completely. M.V. “ Hai-Dar 105 “ aground on beach in Kinmen. We cleaned up the fuel oil with cleaning equipments and 132 person times at 5 days. About “ Ing-Sheng no.8 “,we cleaned up the oil pollution three times. The work of marine pollution area cleaned up including Hwalian, Taoyuan, and Tainan three areas. We also attended the emergency reaction drill of marine pollution which the EPA and Environment Bureau of Kaohsiung held on November 15.
